Sometimes I suck at time management. As much as I enjoy my social media time, I realized I was spending way too much time on Facebook. I am now on a Facebook diet. When I have the urge to check into Facebook, I give myself 10 minutes and then I promptly find something else to do that is actually on my to do list. Sure I like it because my news feed is full of interesting news, but I can always check the billion apps I have on my phone for that and I wouldn’t be as distracted by the other stuff.
