3 Pop Stars, 1 Song.

Lady Gaga performing on the Fame Ball tour in ...

Yvonne Strahovski gets it. All of our new pop artists are singing the same song. And despite how “different” they try to look…they end up really just being the same: Another person trying so hard to be different.

Go figure.

I must admit, though, I’d probably be the same way. I think I would really appreciate a dress made of jelly beans.

Anyway, enjoy the video.

  1. Love this! and so perfectly timed. one of my friends (who’s a singer) was so frustrated that she posted this:
wants the music industry to have a feckin wake up call and suffocate every living artist… also.. excuse me guys why on earth are you giving these absolute musical retards, who’s ‘songs’ go against everything music stands for, so many views on you tube and actually downloading all this utter shit. It has really gone way to far.. i dont even turn the music channel or radio on anymore because i just get so so angry about the electronic, autotuned crap that will come out of it. What happened to music being created out of instruments and lyrics having any meaning. Live music now is just an absolute joke.. its all about the looks and the money. No one gives the tinyest shit about what actual sound is being produced. I cant believe it’s actually gotten this bad… i dont even want to be a musician anymore as people clearly have absolutely no clue at what is good and what is trash.

I then I saw this post. and I laughed. cos that video, and what you’re saying, is sooo true! Thank you!

    • Thanks for reading! I want the music industry to have a wake up call too. It is only a matter of time before they auto-tune every piece of melody that exists. Don’t stop making music, we obviously NEED people like you!
