This is what happens when you stay up late at night watching tv. Seafood Gumbo in 30 minutes? Nonstick removable dish? Go ahead. I’m listening. 4 payments of 49.99? Not listening. Knock off one payment? Maybe listening. Anyone out there ever tried it?

I would highly recommend this pressure cooker. It’s easy to see that it is extremely well constructed and manufactured. An enclosed DVD explains its use and demonstrates several recipes that can be created. I would strongly recommend getting a slightly larger ( I purchased the 8 quart) pressure cooker since you shouldn’t fill it more than 3/4 full. Also enclosed is a cook book with some recipes however I purchased Miss Vickie’s Big Book of Pressure Cooker Recipes through Amazon that just about covers it all.
