Drugs or Liquor?

There’s nothing like seeing a celeb practice public intoxication on nationally broadcasted television. Move over Paula Abdul, Kanye West, and Anna Nicole…make room for Mariah’s drugged up speech.

Sigh…gotta love her. But I have my bets that this involved more than an alcoholic beverage.
