You Can’t Teach An Old Elephants New Tricks, Or Can You?

This blog is a little different than my last few, but the awesomeness of it deserves recognition. The following paintings are painted by ELEPHANTS. Yes, you read me. Elephants. Some are abstract, yet interpretable. And others are identifiable, AND interpretable. Either/Or, it’s absolutely amazing, so I had to give it some shine. Animals are much smarter and much more aware than we, people, give them credit for. ALL of the paintings are done by the elephants. The paintings sell at a pretty hefty price but proceeds go towards a respectable cause:

“The Asian Elephant Art & Conservation Project (AEACP) is a non-profit organization dedicated to aiding people in need and to saving the diminishing number of Asian elephants left on our planet through its work with domesticated elephants. The AEACP raises funds through the sale of artwork created by elephants in order to generate money and create awareness for the people and elephants of Asia.”

Elephant Art gets the PINK stamp of approval. Follow the link in the title for more information.
